5 Key Elements for Group Move Site Selection in the New Normal

COVID-19 has impacted all industries. See below for the 5 key elements to consider when selecting a new office location for your group move.

  1. Head to the states with no individual income tax due to the ability to lower your overall salary costs.
  2. Look for the economic development agencies that are offering aggressive cash incentives to increase their tax base.
  3. Concentrate on employee health more than ever, including finding an outdoor friendly environment for both your office and personal living.
  4. Determine how many of your work-from-home employees will not be returning to an office setting.
  5. Develop a stronger employee-first culture, especially for your team members who are deemed essential and cannot work from home.

We Are Working!

We are working!

We want to let our clients, preferred partners and industry friends know we are at our home-computers and fully operational. We are focused more than ever on our goal of providing the highest service level in the industry for small and mid-cap companies that need domestic relocation and international mobility services.

It has been 4 weeks since we went 100% WFH! I never knew the “Work from Home” acronym existed before the week of March 16th when our team made the transition. Now that it has become common place, I bet I have used it 100 times in texts and emails.
During this time of crisis, we wanted to thank the thousands of community heroes that are keeping our country going and our families safe. From the truck drivers and the grocery store staff, to all the health-care workers, including fire, police & the military, you are the true-heroes during this pandemic!

To further our commitment of helping in any way we can, we are eliminating all administrative or service fees associated with any short-term business travel and relocation assignments that are directly associated with the management of the Coronavirus worldwide. Please contact us directly at if you have any service needs.

We wish you all the best and be safe & healthy!

Strong Economy Drives Big Relocation Benefits

relocation benefits

As the U.S. economy maintains strength, companies must go to greater lengths to recruit and retain top talent, including offering greater relocation perks and benefits. According to the Wall Street Journal, Americans are less willing to move for new jobs. Community, family ties, and opportunities close to home are some of the factors that impact decisions to move for career opportunities and advancement. To address these concerns, more companies are offering relocation benefits, and these benefits have increased over the past few years.

The article, “Some Companies Spend Plenty to Lure Executives Willing to Relocate,” by Joann S. Lublin, goes on to report that the average relocation package for the biggest 3,000 publicly traded companies in the U.S. totaled $144,633.
