Our Organization
Signature Relocation is a full-service corporate employee relocation management company founded in 1998 and headquartered in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Supporting employers nationwide with domestic U.S. and international employee relocation programs, providing structured policy administration, single-point-of-coordination program management, destination services, household goods coordination, and international assignment support. Signature Relocation works exclusively with organizations that manage employer-sponsored relocation and mobility programs, including alternative benefit structures that support employee relocation.

Dale Fisher, CRP, GMS
Vice President & Executive Director
Dale oversees business development, client services, contractual agreements, pricing and the overall quality that is delivered on a daily basis. Dale has been in the relocation industry for over 20 years, holding various positions from Relocation Coordinator to Vice President of Development. He received his CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation in 2004 and earned his GMS Certificate (Global Mobility Specialist) in 2008, and previously held an Ohio real estate license.

Kim Martin, CRP, GMS
Senior Director of Client Services
Kim has been with Signature Relocation since 2012 and brings more than twenty years of relocation industry experience to her role as Senior Director of Client Services. She provides executive-level oversight of client programs, serving as a dedicated client advocate focused on program performance, service quality, and long-term partnership success. With a background spanning relocation operations, financial oversight, counselor leadership, policy development, and team training, Kim brings a comprehensive perspective to client program strategy and execution. She holds her CRP designation, a GMS certificate, and a real estate license, and remains actively engaged in industry leadership through the Michigan Relocation Council.

Gil Saunders
Director of Administration & Growth
Gil has been with Signature Relocation since 2020 and brings more than 40 years of relocation industry experience to the organization. He leads administrative operations, including contracts, service agreement structure, quality assurance, risk management, and internal process coordination, while also supporting sales and marketing efforts tied to organizational growth. A recipient of the Worldwide ERC Meritorious Service Award and former member of its tax and legal committee, Gil also brings the perspective of an attorney and industry professional, supporting Signature Relocation’s commitment to providing the highest quality accountability, consistency, and long-term client program success.

Lori Swarthout, GMS
Director, Global Client Services
Lori has been with Signature Relocation since April 2016 and leads global client strategy and partnership initiatives across international relocation programs. She oversees global client relationships, partners closely with operations and counselor teams, and directs program implementation to ensure complex assignments are delivered with consistency, precision, and compliance. With a career path that began in global counseling and expanded into finance, operational support, and policy consultation, Lori brings a well-rounded perspective to program design, process improvement, and service delivery, supporting strong outcomes for both clients and relocating families.

Laurie Allen, CRP, GMS
Operations Director
Laurie brings more than 25 years of experience in relocation and global mobility, with extensive expertise in client operations, mobility tax, immigration, and program management. Throughout her career, she has led relocation operations and client service teams, supporting both domestic and global mobility programs. As Operations Director, Laurie works closely with internal teams to support consistent service delivery, strong operational performance, and positive outcomes for clients and relocating employees.

Kristen Lovinger
Senior Relocation Counselor/Manager
Kristen works closely with the client services and implementation teams, supporting new program launches and ongoing service delivery while leading the client through onboarding and use of Signature Relocation’s secure technology and centralized program portal. Kristen brings more than a decade of experience across human resources, relocation program management, and account leadership, along with licensed real estate expertise that adds valuable insight into housing and destination-related needs. Before joining Signature Relocation in January 2025, Kristen spent a decade in relocation account management and director-level roles, developing strong expertise in policy administration, employee support, and employer expectations. She is known for her organized, client-focused approach and for helping ensure that each program is launched with clarity, consistent quality, and strong day-one support.

Trina Matolyak
Marketing & Growth Manager
Trina has been with Signature Relocation since 2021 and leads marketing strategy and growth initiatives that support brand visibility, client acquisition, and long-term program development. She brings a strong background in project management and human resources, including prior experience as a Director of Human Resources, which informs her understanding of workforce needs and organizational priorities. Trina works closely with sales, administration, and client services teams to align messaging, campaigns, and market positioning with business objectives, while strengthening Signature Relocation’s presence across digital platforms, industry partnerships, and strategic outreach efforts.

Tom Tolen
Director of Global Consulting
Tom oversees global compensation and tax related processes for all clients. He has successfully consulted companies in the relocation industry for over 20 years, providing client direction on policy issues including best practices in expense processing and tax gross ups. His experience includes Vice President of Tax Services for Relocation Management Systems, Director of Tax for Primacy/Cartus and Principal for Mercer. Tom is a CPA and has earned his CRP and GMS designations.

Signature Relocation’s dedicated partnerships give our clients the ability to get wholesale pricing by eliminating the middleman fees. They also allow us to manage the three most difficult elements of domestic and international relocation:
- the home sale or disposition of the old home
- the transportation of household goods
- the acquisition of an apartment or a new home
This business model eliminates the breakdown in communications commonly found in standalone relocation companies that hire a variety of van line companies for domestic and international household goods moving. The most important benefit for the transferee or assignee with this combination is the ability to provide a true single point of coordination and accountability.
