Signature Relocation has been a full-service relocation provider since 1998. We offer a complete range of domestic U.S. and global relocation services. Signature Relocation provides custom-based support in program administration and single-point-of-contact management of home sales, destination services, household goods move-management, and international assignment support.
Management Team
Dale Fisher, CRP, GMS
Vice President & Executive Director
Dale oversees business development, client services, contractual agreements, pricing and the overall quality that is delivered on a daily basis. Dale has been in the relocation industry for over 20 years, holding various positions from Relocation Coordinator to Vice President of Development. He received his CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation in 2004 and earned his GMS Certificate (Global Mobility Specialist) in 2008, and previously held an Ohio real estate license.

Kim Martin, CRP, GMS
Director of Client Services
Kim manages day-to-day operations for the relocation counseling and finance teams. She also oversees growth and training, and supports new client implementation and policy development. Kim has been in the relocation industry for over 20 years. She received her CRP designation in 2004. She earned her GMS Certificate in 2013, and also holds her real estate license. Kim is an active member of the Michigan Relocation Council and previously served on the board.

Jessica Reiter
Client Support & Project Manager
Jessica supports the management team by assisting in the client implementation, reporting and special projects. For relocation operations, Jessica reviews quality surveys to ensure high excellence. She supports the operations team with weekly audits and file review. Jessica also maintains the relationships with our preferred vendor partners. Jessica joined Signature Relocation in 2018 and has over 4 years’ experience in the logistics industry.

Gil Saunders
Manager of Administration & Affinity Programs
Gil is responsible for compliance, risk management, quality assurance and contract management, along with development of Signature’s Affinity Programs. A prior recipient of Worldwide ERC’s Meritorious Service Award and former member of its tax and legal committee, Gil is an industry professional and attorney with over 30 years of experience providing guidance on all aspects of relocation and talent mobility programs.

Lori Swarthout, GMS
Global Account Manager
Lori develops and maintains relationships with clients, focusing on Global Accounts. She works primarily with international accounts as the single point of contact for clients and their implementation and policy management, while supporting the global counseling team. Lori joined Signature Relocation in 2016 and has been working in the relocation industry for over 10 years

Tom Tolen
Director of Global Consulting
Tom oversees global compensation and tax related processes for all clients. He has successfully consulted companies in the relocation industry for over 20 years, providing client direction on policy issues including best practices in expense processing and tax gross ups. His experience includes Vice President of Tax Services for Relocation Management Systems, Director of Tax for Primacy/Cartus and Principal for Mercer. Tom is a CPA and has earned his CRP and GMS designations.
