When assignees elect to maintain ownership of their home, we can assist them by overseeing their property if they prefer to leave it vacant. Our extensive property management experience provides assignees with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that all details are being managed. If an assignee chooses to lease out their property while they are on assignment, our local property managers can review lease agreements and provide maintenance support. If your assignee is a renter, our international relocation counselor can advise and assist with any lease cancellation requirements.

Immigration

Exiting a country legally is just as important as entering legally. Signature Relocation will consult with our team of international immigration attorneys and specialists to ensure your assignee’s visa and that of their family is properly canceled in the host country prior to leaving for the last time, and they have the proper documentation to return to their home country or continue to another international assignment.

Property Readiness

Signature Relocation will work with our local property managers to ensure your assignee’s property is ready upon their return, including landscaping or snow removal. If the assignee has leased out the property while on assignment, they will assist in tending to the details upon the tenant’s vacancy. If your assignee is a renter and is returning to the host country, our international relocation counselors can suggest lease clauses that would accommodate another international assignment in the future.
