Laurie Allen has joined Signature Relocation as Operations Director, bringing more than 25 years of experience in relocation and global mobility.

Laurie’s background includes client operations, mobility tax, immigration, program management, and leadership across domestic and global relocation programs. She brings a broad operational perspective shaped by years of working with mobility teams, clients, and relocating employees.

Experience That Supports the Work Behind Every Move

Strong relocation programs depend on what happens behind the scenes just as much as what clients and employees experience directly.

In her role as Operations Director, Laurie will work across Signature Relocation’s internal teams to support day-to-day operations, service consistency, process improvement, and the continued development of our relocation programs.

Her experience across multiple areas of global mobility gives her a valuable perspective on how the different components of a relocation program work together.
